This README file contains tidbits of information for this program.

This program was developed on a computer running Ubuntu Linux 12.04.3 LTS
using FLTK and the Fluid GUI builder.

The program was created in two parts. The graphical part was created
with Fluid, a tool that allows the user to place the graphical elements
using a mouse. Fluid writes the code which forms the graphical framework
for this program. In this way, it is easy to change the GUI in the
future. It was nice not to have to code the geometry of each graphical
element by hand!

All of the callback routines were written by hand. I found it quite
painful to write the callback code in the Fluid GUI boxes. If I'm
going to write code, I need a real editor, and for me, that's emacs.

The machine generated files are: tt3_gpl.cxx tt3_gpl.h

The hand generated files are: tt3_gpl_i.cxx tt3_gpl_i.h

It occasionally gets tricky declaring variables that are used in both
parts of the program. I tried to keep it clean. I hope I didn't create
a mess. This is the first program I've written using a GUI to build the
graphical interface.

I hope you enjoy this program!

Have a lot of fun, and 73,

Andy
